Important ACP Information
We have proudly supported the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) since 2021, which allows us to offer free or discounted internet service to qualifying customers.
What does this mean for you?
Although the program is ending, we are continuing our commitment to bridge the digital divide. If you are an ALLO customer currently enrolled in ACP, please look for communication from ALLO. We will be providing you with viable options for your ALLO service before the discount ends.

Lifeline Eligibility
Although the future of the Affordable Connectivity Program is uncertain, you may be eligible for Lifeline. Eligible consumers can get up to $9.25 off the cost of internet. Alternately, eligible consumers may get up to $12.75 off the cost of phone or phone and internet.
To qualify for the Lifeline program, your household must fulfill one of the below requirements:
- Has an income that is 135% or less than the federal poverty guidelines
- Participates in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), and Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit.
- Participates in Tribal specific programs, such as Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal TANF, or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
- Your child or dependent participates in any of the above programs
