Setting Up Your SmartHub Account
You can download the SmartHub app for free in any app store or click “Register Now” to get started.

If you’ve already set up your SmartHub account, you can view your account number there, on your billing statement, or by contacting our team.

If you do not know the answer to the security question you provided when signing up, give our team a call, email, or chat, and we can get that for you.

This will be the billing zip code you entered when signing up.
Set it once and keep payments current.
Depending on your installation date, automatic payments withdraw on the 1st, 8th, 15th, or 22nd of each month. If that day falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is withdrawn the following business day.
We encourage customers to set up autopay with bank account information rather than a debit or credit card.
What to expect on your first ALLO bill.
Your first bill includes service from the date your installation was completed through the last day of your billing cycle. Prorated days may be included depending on your installation date.

Follow the password setup flow from your sign-up email, then use My ALLO Hub to pay bills and manage your account.
Go to MyAlloHub.com
Open My ALLO Hub and choose Login to begin.
Request your first password link
First time here? Choose Forgot Password, enter your sign-up email, and request the setup link.
Follow the email prompt
Use the confirmation email to set your password, then sign in to manage billing and service.
